How we fixed it:

- Budget Guard with daily/monthly limits and auto-fallback to free models
- Fallback Routing v2.0 — every agent chains down to free models, no more cascading failures
- Nova Mail-Bot now answers emails at nova@ailinux.me automatically
The research wasn't wasted — it found dozens of critical security issues now being fixed by the same agents, running for free. 14 agents active, system stable, $0 ongoing cost.
